You can change the email address registered to your KRAFTON ID by following the steps below:
1. Access and log in to the official KRAFTON ID website
- Go to https://accounts.krafton.com and log in.
2. Change your email address in Account Information
- After logging in, go to [Account Info] > [Email] and click the [Change] button to update your email address.
- A verification email will be sent to your new email address, and the change will be applied once verification is completed.
※ If you already have an email change in progress, the status “Pending Verification” will be displayed under your current email. In that case, please check the verification email sent to the new address.
