If you do not receive the verification code email during the KRAFTON ID sign-up process, please check the following:

1. Spam/Junk/Other Folders
The verification email may have been filtered into your Spam, Promotions, or other folders. Please make sure to check those folders in your inbox.

2. Blocked Foreign Emails
Some email providers may block emails sent from overseas domains. Please review your email settings to ensure that foreign emails are not being blocked.

3. Email Address Accuracy
There may be a typo in the email address you entered during sign-up. Please check that the email address you entered is correct.
