KRAFTON ID includes a Parental Control feature designed to protect the personal information of minors under their country’s laws, and to promote safe and responsible use of our services.
As part of this system, minors under their country’s laws are required to obtain parental / guardian consent during KRAFTON ID registration.
During this process, a parent or guardian is also required to create their own KRAFTON ID to manage the account.
Even when attempting to disable the parental control settings, the system still requires parental / guardian consent to proceed.
We understand that this may be inconvenient, but we kindly ask you to complete the process by entering the parent’s KRAFTON ID and proceeding with the email-based consent procedure.
If you are unable to complete the parental consent process, we recommend creating a new KRAFTON ID with the correct date of birth.
Please note:
- If your current KRAFTON ID is already linked to a social platform (e.g., Steam, Xbox, etc.), you will need to unlink it first by using the Self-Service for Unlinking KRAFTON ID page before linking it to your new KRAFTON ID.
