If you wish to unlink a 'linked game platform or social platform', please follow the steps below:
1. Unlink via the official KRAFTON ID page
- Log in to the official KRAFTON ID page(https://accounts.krafton.com), go to [Link] > [Your Linked Accounts], and directly unlink the platform you want.
2. If you cannot log in
- If you are unable to log in to your account, you can use the Self-Service for Unlinking KRAFTON ID page to unlink the platform once per year.
※ Please note that this option is only available for KRAFTON IDs linked with Steam or Epic Games.
- You can also log in to KRAFTON ID using your platform account. Click one of the platforms you want to sign in with and finish the authentication.
