KRAFTON ID is a unified account system that allows you to conveniently access various KRAFTON games and services with a single account.
To further enhance the convenience of this unified system, we are continuously working on improvements to enable syncronization of account information including nicknames across KRAFTON games and platforms.
As this feature is still under development, we kindly ask for your understanding that if you wish to align your KRAFTON ID nickname with your in-game nickname, you need to manually update the nickname via the “Account Info” page on the official KRAFTON ID website.
[How To Change Your KRAFTON ID Email Address]
1. Go to the official KRAFTON ID website
2. Log in to your account
3. Navigate to the “Account Info” page
4. Under “Account Details,” locate the “Nickname” field and click “Change”
5. Enter your new nickname, then click "Save"
*Note : Nickname changes can only be successfully saved if they meet the specified requirements
