You can directly manage your promotional email preferences in your KRAFTON ID account settings.
Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the official KRAFTON ID website.
2. Go to the [Account Info] page from the top menu.
3. Find the [Promotional Email Preferences] option.
4. Change the setting to [Do Not Receive].
→ Once you update this setting, you will no longer receive event and promotional emails from KRAFTON.
