If you wish to change the password for your KRAFTON ID, please review the two available methods below and choose the one that suits you best.
[Change Password via the Login Page]
1. Open the official KRAFTON ID website
2. Click the 'Resolve sign-in Issues' button
3. Click “Change Password”
4. Enter your KRAFTON ID email address (a reset link will be sent to your email)
5. Open the password reset email and click the link (valid for 60 minutes)
6. Enter your new password and save the changes
[Change Password via the Account Info Page]
1. Go to the official KRAFTON ID website
2. Log in to your account
3. Navigate to the “Account Info” page
4. Under “Account Details,” locate the “Password” field and click “Change”
5. Enter your current password and your new password, then save the changes
