If you remember the email address associated with your KRAFTON ID, or if a mobile phone number is registered to your KRAFTON ID, you can resolve this issue using the 'Change Password' feature.
**NOTE : Please note that changing password via mobile phone number may NOT be available in some countries.
Please refer to the two methods below to change or reset your password.

1. Open the official KRAFTON ID website
2. Click the 'Resolve sign-in Issues' button
3. Click “Change Password”
4. Enter your registered email address (a password reset link will be sent to your inbox)
5. Open the password reset email in your inbox and click the link (valid for 60 minutes)
6. Enter and confirm your new password to complete the process
[How to Reset Your Password via Mobile Phone Number Registered to Your KRAFTON ID]
1. Open the official KRAFTON ID website
2. Click the 'Resolve sign-in Issues' button
3. Click the 'Change Password'
4. Select the 'Mobile Phone Number' tab, and enter the mobile phone number registered to your KRAFTON ID
5. Receive and enter the verification code to complete authentication
6. Enter and confirm your new password
